This is "Farm At Dawn's Early Light," oil on panel, 11" x 14". It was begun on September 2 as a plein air session but completed in the studio. I'm glad I took a reference photo as soon as I got set up because after a short time, I lost the sunlight as it was soon blocked by fast moving clouds. What always strikes me about such scenes when standing there is the quiet sense of peace that begins the day.
